First and foremost, the older gentleman who tends the front desk at night is a star. Pleasant and well mannered. Prior to booking online I called this hotel to inquire about an up-front deposit and he had no problem explaining and reassuring. Upon checking in at 8pm he processed us quickly and even took the time to explain everything to us. Huge difference from what my wife and I experienced at other locations.
