Ok for an overnight but otherwise "meh" For the price, very subpar. Felt like a cillege dorm room with a queen bed. Front desk staff ae to hide in the back unless you ring bell. Has to ask to be let in to lobby restroom and was asked to lock it again upon exit. IKEA like furniture. Linens were surprisingly okay, rhough. "Included breakfast" is just grab-and-go instant oatmeal, granola bars, and yogurt and coffee or tea. Nothing hot or fresh. If it weren't for our need to be in Sanford I wouldn't stay here.

Great, clean place with nice staff and easy access. The only downside was that we had our pet with. The pet friendly policy is different at this hotel in that we had to use the stairs and couldn’t take the elevator. Also, our dog wasn’t allowed in any common areas. This is different than any other hotel that I have stayed in with my dog.
Comfortable and Clean Stay Staff was very friendly, courteous and helpful throughout the stay. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable, with convenient kitchenette as well. No carpet, which is a plus to me, especially as clean as the floor was. I appreciate a clean room and am not really interested in added amenities when I travel. While the room and facilities were clean, our room had a strong curry oder that was not easy to ignore. I would have asked to switch rooms, but I got in to the hotel at almost 1 am. The room was clean, but should not have been rented to a customer until the smell had been eliminated. Spraying some room spray would not have helped which is what they probably did. The front desk staff were friendly and accomodating. Shopping and restaurants were closeby. Great stay
Staff was very friendly,. but check in was super slow due to a tech issue. The room was immaculate.
