CLEANLINESS!! My stay at Extended Stay America Premier Suites was absolutely fantastic! The cleanliness of the hotel exceeded my expectations. From the pristine lobby to the spotless rooms, every inch of the property gleamed. The housekeeping staff was diligent and ensured a sanitary environment throughout my stay. I felt comfortable and safe, making my experience truly enjoyable. Kudos to the hotel for maintaining such high standards of cleanliness! Highly recommend for a delightful and hygienic stay.
Weird check in, put me in a room with the floor still wet and sink was dirty with what looked like splattered soda maybe

Warning to late check in’s: this company sweeps your reservation as a no show after midnight even if you’ve paid for the room. Our kind desk person did his best but it took over 30 minutes at a very tired 3:30 in the morning after driving all night to get our room back and get a key.
