The front desk staff were friendly. However, shower was not cleaned well and there were hair from previous guests in the bathroom as well as soap scum. I was told to email the Samantha Wand, the Assistant General Manager, however she has not responded. It’s pretty bad to not have a well cleaned room, even more so during COVID.

In two years will be slum hotel Pros - modern hotel with kitchenette and laundry facilitate, cleanliness, no carpet, thermostat controlled air condoning, strong Wi-Fi, good building access, no smoking Cons - Lots of local lowlifes living there, bad neighborhood, lots of noise during the night, doors slamming, smokers at each entrance, some staff rude and arrogant, cancelled breakfast, lowlifes walking around outside, not safe at night, unsecure parking, not a good value, 25-30 minutes from airport, check-in took 20 minutes p... read more

Requested for Accessible room but not provided; Beds too high for 92 year old family member. Do not provide daily cleaning service. Need training of Staff service - inconsistency, and not welcoming. At checkout, records do not reflect our payment directly to Expedia, and was being asked for payment again.

There was a weird smell in the room and they don’t provide Room service for fresh sheets and towels

They couldn’t find my Expedia reservation I made for my uncle to stay the night there. The Lady at the front desk didn’t even try to find the reservation just wanted to charge my uncle full price and get him to stay 2 nights. So he walked out and stayed in his vehicle out in the desert for the night. We Need a refund issued for this
