Front desk clearly was fantastic. Despite the computer giving her issues in giving us our request for top floor she kept at at and was able to give us that request. She ran out to the back door telling me she was able to give us the top floor. Didn’t have to keep trying but she did. Refreshing to customer service at its best!

2 fire alarms, one being at 1 am made for a rough night

The only good thing about the hotel was that I booked a suite so the room was roomier. That’s it, the breakfast they serve is the biggest bummer, it’s “Grab n Go” so they had only muffins, coffee and oatmeal packs. The cleanliness and everything was just above average. Will not stay here again.
