The place was not as clean as the pictures showed. Breakfast was not good and it was overpriced due to a concert in town which is no fair to begin with

Room air conditioner was very loud. Highway is right by hotel so there is a lot of background noise. Bring sound machine.

Very nice hotel. Room needed towels only one bath towel one washcloth. Would have liked more outlets to plug in phones etc

Last Time Staying Here Not the quality since they took over from Hyatt Place.On the go breakfast is bad enough,but no cream for coffee and only breakfast bars to eat.Only one elevator worked,always issues with my room key,no towels in my room.Fitness room was okay though.Overall,a little disappointing.

Would not choose to stay here again There were big issues with room, we did not get the room we booked (3rd party company was blamed). Room had drug paraphernalia, Human hair on mattress, Dirty sheets on pull out sofa bed. Hallway smells horrible. Fortunately, we only needed a to sleep. Came in late and left early. It was horrendous and shocking.

Very noisy. Hallways smelled like weed. No breakfast, even though that was advertised when we booked. No staff in the lobby at the front desk. Rooms don’t get cleaned. Phones don’t work so you can’t ever call down to the main desk.
