Liked the layout of the suite. Close to everything. No sheets/blankets on the sofa bed, had to hunt someone down to get some. Breakfast included … terrible selection. Stayed 4 nights, never exchanged the towels, empty the garbage cans, washroom door would not stay closed, clips from broken mirror still on the door. This suite is tired.

I am not trying to bash the hotel/extended stay by any means. Lots of potential but EXTREMELY SHORT STAFFED. Candy was the most friendly person ever but she was the only person there to work. Literally checked us in and then I saw her doing laundry and cleaning rooms and assisting patrons in other areas. So shout out for being a super star, Candy! Because of staffing. Hotel was very nice, the staff was super friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious and clean. The only 2 things that kinda stunk were, I believe someone was smoking in their room because my whole hall smelled like cigarette smoke, or a hamster cage! Pretty sure it was cigarettes though. And I also didn’t have any wash clothes in my bathroom. Didn’t notice that until I was already getting in the shower. Again, not deal breakers at all and would definitely stay here again!

Disappointed We have stayed in this hotel each time we have visited Pittsburgh since 2016. Last year we said we were done due to the condition of the hotel and lack of cleanliness and other things. This year when we saw the name had changed we figured new owners, and we would give it one more try, but never again. There was no breakfast buffet as advertised in the booking, it was a grab an go, not something filling and we spend the entire day at a tournament so we need a good filling breakfast.
