Comfortable Clean and comfortable hotel. Would stay there again on my next trip.

First floor by back door. Loud during the night with people going out to smoke and slamming door.

I am sorry for the inconsiderate guests around you. I will make sure the door closers are adjusted so that no doors slam. We have them in place for this specific reason. I hope you try us again to see that this is just an isolated incident and not the norm

I am sorry that your room was a little loud. I will talk with the front desk staff to ensure that all rooms close to stairs and especially the 1st floor are rented only when need to avoid some of the noise issues you experienced

Comfortable stay The location of the hotel is just ok. I did like that there was a variety of casual dining within walking distance. The Chinese restaurant we wanted to go to was closed. About a 10 - 20 minute drive from downtown.

I am sorry that Mar Meadows closed. They did have a fire but yesterday I did see some activity in there. I would love to hear more about your stay because we do not want an OK hotel we want a great hotel.
Adequate The stay was adequate and the room was fine and close to where we had business. However I didn’t feel that the front staff was as friendly as they could have been.

Becky, Out goal is to provide more than adequate and to exceed the customer's expectations. I have since made some changes to my staff and made sure that all guest facing employees go over board on their customer service and truly try to get to know the guests

Good location. Easy walk to Delta Sports Complex. Good access to I5 north and south. Great breakfast and friendly staff.
