Hotel is great, homeless problem daunting. This hotel would have been brilliant except for the homeless problem. They hang out in the parking lot and make noise all night. The walk to the Max Light Rail is very easy but you have to pass several homeless tents and encampments on the way which makes it very daunting for older people or people with kids. Wonderful getaway One of the most relaxing getaways. Staff fantastic. Breakfast delicious. Hotel clean and convenient. Will definitely stay again.

Best western fantastic Everybody was fantastic. We got the family suite and the room was huge. we were there for Rose City Comic Con and they took us to and picked us up at the bus station. They were super quick to help with anything needed and if I need to go back I’ll be staying here again

Rain shower head was the best water pressure I have ever had in a hotel!

The hotel was clean and updated. The front desk staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The area was a little sketchy with a fair amount of homeless around but we were never approached. Breakfast was the normal hotel fare.
