Crack Smokers in hotel parking lot. Nice newly remodeled property. Staff was very professional and friendly. Breakfast was good. Wifi speed was awesome. Surrounding area not so good. Too many homeless walking around. Tent city very close to hotel. I saw people blatantly smoking crack in the hotel parking lot. Not the fault of the hotel. I will not stay here again.

We know our homeless population is a little bit out of control. But as much as we would like to do something about it we can't. We do make sure our guest are kept in a good,decent and safe environment at all times. Thank you for staying with us and we do appreciate your honest review.
This place is so clean inside & out! Love the drink amenities they offer in the lobby. Checking in and out was so easy! And their continental breakfast is to die for; soooo many options!!! Definitely will stay again.

Awesome hotel and stay. We had a very nice stay at the Best Western. They have really done a nice job of revamping their hotels and name. The area is a little dumpy but little by little it’s getting better. Fabulous breakfast every morning. Very nice!

Nice place The staff was excellent. Our room was well appointed and clean. The breakfast was hearty and there was plenty of it. It would have been nice if it had a pool but we spent most of our time in Portland proper sightseeing so it wasn’t really missed. Would stay again.
