Decent, clean rooms with good amenities: coffee, kitchen sink, microwave, refrigerator, good functioning AC, spacious room, guest laundry. Excellent breakfast inclusive in room price too. Parking was ample and also included in the price of the room. If you are visiting Portland for downtown business, this property is very close to downtown, and way easier to use and navigate than downtown hotels. A great value for the service and amenities and proximity to downtown Portland at a very good price.

The staff at breakfast were super friendly. I came down after breakfast had closed and asked for some hot water a and milk for tea and they went out of their way to get me some milk even though everything had been put away already.

Rooms were modern and clean. In-room coffee and office amenities were great. Good restaurants in walking distance and Hotel breakfast is superb. Very nice overall.
