Hotel itself is great, but the area is filled with homeless people and addicts.

Fair Value for the Price I can't complain much about my stay. The place was newly renovated and was kept reasonably clean. Some of the room amenities like the hot plate & Coffee Maker advertised weren't in the room. We have to get it from the front desk. The biggest surprise was that there's no signage on to he outside of the premises. I was told the change over was a couple of months ago. The signage besides the roadway still displays the old name. Very convenient to the venue I attend once a year but neighborhood is full of homeless. Restaurant availability very limited in the area. Staff at hotel was quite helpful. First room assigned was not cleaned. Moved quickly to another room. Breakfast much limited compared to last year when under different management.

property convenient to Delta Park and Portland International Raceways. rooms clean and neat. breakfast adequate but minimal. Property has on site security because of the surrounding homeless camps. Sharie's Restaurant is close and adequate.
Unsettling Other than the bed being comfortable, the room, the hallways and the lobby were kind of dingy. Things did not seem clean or well attended to, including the elevator. Most importantly, there is a large homeless population that inhabits the parking lot and surrounding areas. None of this was mentioned in reviews, this property. Especially with pets or Children, it's unsettling.
