Room was recently renovated, all new and clean but I had to ask for the hair dryer and coffee maker. The renovation workers were still on-site for some public areas, the hallway carpet was still dirty and might be planned to be replaced. Breakfast was very basic, the receptionist was not always on position. The GYM had no air-conditioner! equipment was not very well configured. Many homeless were just 50 meters away, so the location is not good.

The hotel itself was great. The surroundings however seem sketchy. Nothing happened to us or our car but there was so many homeless around.

It was a nice stay for me and my husband but i wouldnt stay there if we had our sons. A lot of homeless people in the area. Didnt seem unsafe, but id rather be safe than sorry, especially when it comes to my family. Staff was nice and rooms were clean.
