The air conditioner did not work. The pillows were feathers and since I was allergic they had all alternative for me. They had no alternative to milk or sausage.

We were in a trip for my daughter surgery and hospital it was a 12 minutes away and the time for my daughter release it was after my check out and I talk to a nice guy in the front desk to make arrangements to stay a little bit longer and the nice guy told me that no problem I can stay a little more longer whitout any charge I’ll appreciate that decision he makes God bless all the staff that work in there they are very nice humans.

Room and Hotel was comfortable and clean. Serious homeless problem in the surrounding area. Not staffed well enough to offer basic room cleaning service.

Thank you for your feed back. Do to the pandemic Best Western does not want housekeeping to do stay over service every day because of the pandemic. Hopefully eventually we will be able to return to stay over service. When Best Western tells us we can do so. thank you for choosing to stay with us.
I stayed a the Best Western for a couple nights, and was very impressed with the cleanliness of my room and the customer service. Every front desk employee was helpful and friendly. I asked for late check out and if I could leave my suitcases with them, since my flight was late that evening. They were very understanding and had no problem with me doing so. Although the neighborhood is a little sketchy, I felt safe walking a few blocks to Walmart to get some supplies. The location is good too. 15 minutes away from the Airport... read more
