Our room was not cleaned or freshened up

Hello because of the covid you have to request service. I am sorry you did not get that information when you checked in. WE are working on those issues.
Hotel was clean and is being renovated with hardwood floors. This is a plus for me as carpeting holds scents and stains. Area has changed so much due the homeless. Area looks dirty but didn't seem unsafe.

Old hotel not worth the money. The staff was friendly but the overall condition of the hotel is run down. The elevator was broken and the carpet in our room was stained and gross looking. The mattress on our bed was old and saggy.
