Very friendly and accommodating front desk staff. Floors in the room were dirty, dust and crumbs in all corners and under furniture. Strong smell of plug in air fresheners,

Not the best experience; hotel room was visibly dirty yet, they leave an envelope soliciting a tip. You have to pay for wifi and our tv was blue. The air conditioner smelled like the filter hadn’t been cleaned in years. They don’t even offer the basic amenities like soap, shampoo, and/or conditioner. The price was cheap compared to other hotels in the area and I can see why! Splurge to be closer to the downtown area, it’s worth it.

There was a really bad smell coming from the rooms maybe the AC? It smelt like musky pee. There was no soap, just conditioner. Will not be staying here again

There was a piece of soap in the bathroom but nothing else. The free breakfast was a joke - nothing much available and by 7:55 AM they ran out of coffee!!

The front desk clerk kept me waiting to check in so she could finish the laundry. She asked me to sign on the tablet, but refused to display the document, only summarizing it verbally. When we finally entered the room, it was dirty, had a strong food smell, and the furniture looked old. We stayed just five minutes—long enough to find another hotel for the night.

Hotel was overbooked. We showed up, they charged my card and then proceeded to tell us our room wasn’t available and try to put my party of 3 people in a double room.

Cheiro de cigarro Quarto com cheiro forte de cigarro. Janela não abre. Falei na recepção do cheiro, falaram que hotel lotado (não me parece...), que nao tinham outro quarto e p/ procurar a gerência "no dia seguinte" (só tenho 1 diária, felizmente)
