The front desk staff was amazing the room was spacious clean quiet floor to stay there again there again
Clean but overbooked The room was clean and it was in a safe area. Girl at the front desk was new but polite. My only issue was they over booked a hotel and I couldn’t get the room I needed. I booked a room with two beds and got a room with just one. Unfortunately with three of us one of us had to sleep in an uncomfortable chair because there was no rooms available anywhere else

They were very nice and explained everything about the facility. It was clean and comfortable. The only drawback was that my room faced the roadway and during the night there was a lot of truck activity. If you were a very light sleeper idk if it would have provided a restful sleep. All in all it was fine.
This was our 6th stay. Every time we come it’s been really good.

This was our first stay in a hotel since Covid hit and we were very pleased! I am a clean freak and the room was spotless. I came prepared with Clorox wipes but really didn’t need them. Loved the kitchenette. The two working the front desk were super friendly and gave us restaurant recommendations. We were just in town for a quick night away from reality and this place was perfect to stay at! Definitely recommend and will be back!
Pros: Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was efficient and friendly. Location is convenient to both Providence and the East Bay towns, and price is reasonable. Cons: Noisy because of location close to the highway. We saw a roach in our kitchen area but only once as we were careful with our food. This is the third time we have stayed here on a visit to Providence.
