Great place! Have to ask for kitchen utensils Hotel staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Room was very clean and comfortable. I really love that you are able to control the temperature yourself, the room heats up quickly! I was a little nervous about the comfort of the bed at first, but once I was in it was very comfortable. The only thing I will say is that I wish it was more apparent, either on booking site or at check in, that the room is not normally stocked with kitchen utensils, plates, or flatware. The staff was very accommodating with an early checkin after our red eye flight. I very much appreciate how they worked to make that happen for us. I also love that the facility is no smoking.

everything was spot on from the front desk to the housekeeping staff who told where to find things. Can't say enough about how great this system is. Forget breakfast, but that's really unimprotant in the big picture. This is a great find. We'll probably go back next week due to family things in Providence. It's a place to stay. I forgot to check on the mattress because it was so good and I need a new one. Thanks.
