It was ok except for 1 night there were issues on 4/15/19
It was amazing until one of the agents at the front desk was being very rude to me On 4/15/19. But I thank Nellie the manager for helping me out she is great. The people above me in Room 203 very loud, noisey I could not sleep I went to the desk 3 times and made a complaint. Than again early Tuesday morning between 7-7:30 it became very noisey again so I wasn’t able to rest again. But thank God I like the people I meet while there.

Very clean and new. Everything feels recently built. The conservation aspect is appreciated. Two downsides: even though there is a kitchen, all utensils and plates must be retrieved at front desk. Not a big deal. The more disappointing aspect is that while the room was fairly clean, the bed was somewhat elevated on metal posts with a pronounced view of the floor underneath and there were dust balls everywhere under the bed.

The room was amazingly clean. I was happy when I entered the room and it smelled fresh and clean.

Value for the $ Hockey at Providence College! The breakfast could be a lot better not quite a continental breakfast.

This property is very much as shown on the website -- modern, very clean, designed for convenience. I was impressed by the sound insulation in the construction. Although I looked out at a busy highway on the other side of the parking lot, and the window was large, I could barely hear the traffic noise. On the down side, the full-sized fridge in the room was very noisy. Also a minor quibble: the free internet has limited speed and you have to pay for a higher speed.
