The property itself was nice basic very clean. I didn’t like that the rooms were not equipped with dishes and stuff you had to ask for it and bring it up yourself, which was odd. The staff was very friendly and accommodating otherwise. The surrounding area did not feel safe but like half a mile away you have a wonderful shopping center and food looks like a new area or development.
I really like it here. It’s kind of becoming my second home. 😅

Tv was malfunctioning as was the hvac system. Hvac fixed, tv not. Volume on streaming services severely throttled back.
Very nice, quiet stay. We were very happy with our stay at the Extended Stay Hotel in Sparks. It met or exceeded our expectations. We were there in a holiday weekend and they were full, but you’d never know it because it was really quiet. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, apartment size fridge, stovetop, and a nice view of the snowy mountains, to name a few reasons. We wouldn’t hesitate booking there again.
