Nice place Newer hotel that felt safe and was comfortable. Definitely lacking in breakfast items which wasn’t clear upon booking. Also, hydrologic system the elevator used smelled TOXIC inside the elevator. It smelled like an electrical fire but the manager assured us that it was because it was a newer type of system and that the hotel was built last winter (so new). We would stay here again as it had a kitchen and the beds were comfortable

The staff was friendly and the hotel and room was very clean. However, the property grounds is not very inviting. Felt like staying in a dorm setting.

We live our stay here. New and clean place. Don't count on breakfast too much. Anything else was great
new property, the staff is very treatable and very efficient
Loved that it didn't have any wall-to-wall carpeting (I wish more hotels did this). Had a small cooktop and full refrigerator that was great for a quick meal. Called downstairs for a set of dishes and utensils and to our surprise the set was ceramic, not plastic, and spotless. Everything was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The only thing needed was an additional blackout curtain or valance at the top of the shade where the morning sun streamed in and woke us up. Otherwise, perfect! First hotel we've stayed at that didnt have a blow-dryer and I have gotten in the habit of not packing one. Also breakfast was sparse. No fresh fruit or healthy options. But we will be back.

Our hotel stay was great. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. If we had an issue it was addressed promptly. Our unit blew a fuse late one night and they immediately fixed it. When ever i go to Reno i would definitely stay here again. Sparks is just a skip from Reno and very nice area. Thank you Extended Stay for your hospitality. One suggestion would be to add waffles to your breakfast 😋
