Easy check in
At breakfast there were no coffee cups and the yogurt cabinet was locked. The front desk did not open it for me. The air conditioner was loud and disturbing. It woke me up many times during the night.

Not exactly a breakfast The breakfast was a disappointment - “Grab and Go” - hard boiled eggs, yogurt and granola bar. I specifically chose a place that included breakfast so I don’t have to drive the kids to another stop before getting on the road. Otherwise, everything was what is to be expected.

Guest need to clean up after themselves. Everything about the room and service were good, unfortunately, some other people staying don’t know how to clean up after themselves outside. This is disheartening that they expect hotel employees to pick up their beer cans, some of which were stuck in a tree in the courtyard.

Bleach was overwhelming. We normally stay at another property around the corner but price and reviews swayed me this time. Our front desk person was friendly and efficient but her uniform had holes in it. Bad first impression, company should provide shirts for staff. Check in was quick and we went to our room. We opened the door and the room reaked of bleach. The rom looked clean, the bathroom looked clean but the smell was headache producing.
