The property is pretty new and you could tell. It was extremely clean - the floors are vinyl and there wasn’t a speck of dust on them. I always worry a little about hotel bedding but theirs smelled like a heavenly combination of bleach and detergent. And the bed and pillows were so comfortable! Poor service if you arrive past midnight. Good room and easy to access, however service was terrible. We arrived late in the night (we called ahead to let them know) but when arrived, there was no one around and we were forced to wait outside for 15 mins in the cold. Not sure if the front desk was sleeping at the time (1:00am) but even after making us wait, the front desk staff was very little knowledgeable about how to check us in. Poor service.
