Spotless, conveniently located near Tanger Outlets Room was spotless on arrival. No carpeting = less grime, however, if there are guests in the room above, you may have difficulty sleeping. Try to get a room on the 4th floor. The hotel is right next to the Tanger Outlets, so fantastic for shopping, if that's your thing. Lots of nearby food options as well.

Would stay here again
My stay was great and the room was clean.
The room was fine but no coffee in room, no cups and breakfast was very minimal for the cost of the room. I was happy with the clean pet friendly room and getting in early but nothing else was good for the cost.

Gray hotel super clean and friendly
Clean, comfortable, good service Very comfortable. We had trouble turning on the heat. The front desk responded and fixed the problem within 10 minutes. Very clean

The room above my room was very noisy. I had to call front desk 1 time the first night. My last night I had call front desk and then went to front desk. All night long I heard stomping, moving the furniture, walking back and forth. That was the only bad experience
