Clean property; no blow dryer in bathroom; day staff not to friendly; overall pleased for my one night stay

Nice Stay This was just fine. We had our dog with us and we were put on the first floor right near a doorway. Room was clean just be sure to ask for kitchen items at the front desk as they are not in the room due to COVID.

Simpler design of the room and things in it. And there was no carpeting which I LOVE!

Very clean spacious. Beds comfy. Pricey for a room with no amenities. No prewrapped breakfast

The property is pretty new and you could tell. It was extremely clean - the floors are vinyl and there wasn’t a speck of dust on them. I always worry a little about hotel bedding but theirs smelled like a heavenly combination of bleach and detergent. And the bed and pillows were so comfortable! Our room was roomy and nicely laid out. The shade fit perfectly in the window and the room was completely dark with the shade lowered - that’s a nice detail. Poor service if you arrive past midnight. Good room and easy to access, however service was terrible. We arrived late in the night (we called ahead to let them know) but when arrived, there was no one around and we were forced to wait outside for 15 mins in the cold. Not sure if the front desk was sleeping at the time (1:00am) but even after making us wait, the front desk staff was very little knowledgeable about how to check us in. Poor service.
