Nice place, hard beds This is a new property, it was very streamlined simple in decor, clean, staff were all super friendly and helpful! It's right by the outlet mall and dining, very convenient! Our only complaints were 1) the the room temp was hard to find that "sweet spot". Either too stuffy or too chilly. 2) The beds were like sleeping on the floor. They were very firm! Would stay here again Very pleasant stay. Everyone was kind and courteous. Front desk staff was very professional and helpful. Housekeeping was helpful and always had on hand what I needed. I frequent the Pooler area and will definitely stay here in the future.
