First room - Room was dirty, bedding dirty, tub had worn damage. Moved to second room only after waiting 40 minutes for them to get back to me about what they doing. Second room - tub has worn damage as well, bedding was clean.

Staff, while checking in, was very pleasant. We were a bit early checking in and they accommodated us with a complimentary bottle of water. Our room was as described and what we needed. We were able to walk to a Chipotle which was about a 5 minute walk. There is a Target which is the same 5 minute walk. I would happily stay here again.
Due to the elevator equipment right behind the wall in addition to the AC unit wrongly installed outside below the window couldn't sleep properly due to noise and vibration.
