we needed a room that night. they were busy, but remained very helpful and friendly, and patient!

Our room was very nice and clean but there was construction going on by the hotel ALL NIGHT so it kept us awake. We were very disappointed with the "included breakfast" too which consisted of coffee, packaged muffins, and instant oatmeal. 😒
Feels like a motel but in a 5 story building. Not terrible but didn’t feel like an average hotel experience
