This morning (12/30/23 around 9am) I went to get some breakfast with my kid & the staff at the front desk was shouting foul language. “What the h*ll is that?” Talking about some personal business I suppose. They need to learn to be more professional ESPECIALLY WITH KIDS PRESENT. Not something I want to hear early in the morning gross language should not be tolerated at all. Room and lobby were not cleaned cery well. Dirt and trash on floors...and on counters in room and bathroom.
