Room and lobby were not cleaned cery well. Dirt and trash on floors...and on counters in room and bathroom.

This morning (12/30/23 around 9am) I went to get some breakfast with my kid & the staff at the front desk was shouting foul language. “What the h*ll is that?” Talking about some personal business I suppose. They need to learn to be more professional ESPECIALLY WITH KIDS PRESENT. Not something I want to hear early in the morning gross language should not be tolerated at all.
