When I first checked in i was told there was no water. They finally got it on 2 hours later. Another problem was I was on the 3rd floor and it took 15 minutes of running the water before it was warm.

Booked room with a sofa, no sofa but a chair. No hair dryer and plug in bathroom did not work. Had 1 small bottle of shampoo no conditioner. Linen was dirty
