great service all in all
Arrived and checked in Saturday morning, but got billed for Friday night even though I wasn't present then, could not get adjustment or credit with any team members, 11:00 am required check out time is not ethical, to make things right, they should never bill additional hours past 11:00 am check out time when they should bill by the hour from original check in time so that the stay could be a fair transaction.
