Suite with kitchen but no kitchen utensils or pots or pans to cook with.

I am here on business and work for a non-profit. I specifically made the res so that I can pay for the rooms upon check in so I wouldn’t be charged tax fees. I provided the appropriate document to the front desk clerk but couldn’t take the tax off. I was told that I would be given a credit. Your res system should allow non-profits to identify as such and make the process more efficient. Thanks
Would be nice to have a hair dryer and a window shade that pulled all the way down and blocked the light. Otherwise, comfortable place to stay.
