The hotel is next to a liquor store where people were definitely living in their cars, the area outside smelled like urine. The doors were locked so people couldn’t just wander in but made us nervous for our vehicles. They tried to have us come back after check in time because they didn’t have a room available and I had to speak to a manager to get checked in. There are better places to stay in town

Nice new hotel but breakfast was non existent

Great kitchenette if you bring your own dishes I chose this because the website said hot breakfast included. There was no hot breafast. There was cheap packaged danishes. The coffee was from a thermas and was cheap tasting. Never again.

Upon arrival, we were informed that while our room was ready, their systems were down, preventing us from completing the check-in process. What made this situation even more frustrating was that the hotel staff did not communicate this issue to us earlier. We were left waiting for an entire hour with no updates or explanations. The Owner is annoying! I don’t recommend this hotel in Ukiah, if you have family or friends as guest. The lady that owns this hotel will bother you. I had a visitor it was before 10pm and she made it very difficult and uncomfortable for my guest and I. She wanted my family member to pay to visit me. If this owner doesn’t want any guests in her hotel she should not be in business she was annoying. I only stayed there 30 minutes. I felt uncomfortably after that. I won’t be coming back.

Terrible place The lady at the front desk was extremely rude. The hotel is a fancy motel 6 at best. It’s been remodeled but done terribly. I had trash still in my room, the hotel stunk, the shower head can spin 360, which is threaded in the wall, so possibly leaking behind the wall. The bed is extremely uncomfortable. The front desk lady nickel and dime me for extra charges that I was unaware of and honestly don’t know if they were legit.

I booked my room and I’m still standing at the lobby waiting for my room to show up. 15 min wait is a pain when you’re tired.
