This hotel doesn't have an elevator so you need to lug your suitcases up a flight of stairs if you are on the second floor. Not impressed.

Decepcionante! Fiquei decepcionado com o hotel. Voltei depois de 15 anos e ele continuava o mesmo, só que envelhecido. Os corredores não cheiravam bem e o serviço que chamam de "café da manhã" é uma vergonha, porque não passa de uma garrafa de café e de alguns bolinhos disponibilizados em determinado horário da manhã na recepção.
I like the fact that was close to everything. I didn’t like having a upstairs neighbor playing loud music every night and day like he was the only person in the hotel. I stayed for almost a month and not once the maid went over to clean my room or the change the sheets on my bed so I was constantly stopping by the office and get a set of clean sheets and towels. I even asked the front desk person to borrow me a vacuum so I can clean my room myself. For the amount of money that they charged I think we deserved better service.
Trip Pets are allowed. Great service.
