Excellent staff! The staff was extraordinary!! They were extremely friendly and helpful
Everything was fine, had a bit of a hiccup at the check-in because the internet was down, the room was comfortable, the area is close to a shopping center.

One employee at desk, she was very busy. The 1st room I was in didnt have a working tv, changed room and it was good after that.

This isn't a hotel, motel etc. The extended stay is exactly as advertised. Let me put it to you this way....it's a diamond in the rough everyone should know about. If you stay at one, you won't be disappointed.
