Affordable alternative to downtown hotels The facility and the rooms are very basic but the hotel is fairly accessible to the city center and much more affordable the big downtown hotels. It's just a 5 or 10 minute ride from downtown.

The room was clean, but the hallway and elevator smelled. Our room smelled like marijuana when we entered, but it didn’t linger.

Affordable and Clean The building is new, rooms were extremely clean and comfortable and the staff was very friendly. I just didn't understand when booking that its mainly a "residence" for longer stay guests. My group didn't care as we were literally there just to crash after a wedding but I could see other guests being uncomfortable as it felt more like a dorm atmosphere if that's not what you were expecting.

Good prices, friendly service, not great overall The price was reasonable, it was clean, and the service was good, but it was not a very enjoyable stay. We were in a room on the ground floor in the first room next to the entrance, and we were directly across the hall from the laundry room, so it was very loud when people were entering the building right outside our window or talking in the hall next to the laundry room. Good budget hotel Good hotel, just limited wifi to one device is disappointing. The fees for kitchenware is what is, so just keep that in mind.
