Had a good one night stay. This place is clean, and priced right. Staff was friendly. Free parking, and hotel security doing lot checks! Less than two miles from downtown. Free basic wifi and also free lobby coffee.

Hello expedia. I was disappointed that expedia cancelled my reservation @ Woodspring, even though I contacted expedia ( via robotic email,) and Wood spring ( who has a telephone) about my request to back up my arrival date one day. I called both of you several days before such. I did NOT like that expedia did not offer flexibility / change of arrival 3 days before reservation. THIS is my 3rd sending to expedia about this topic and you have yet to apologize or give me a phone # . Wm Hergenroeder. "is anybody out there?"

Worked for a night, would not stay for a while The staff was super friendly but the accommodations as a whole were a little lacking. The room had a slightly odd smell and I struggled to regulate the temperature. When I got there, there was also clearly some kind of party going on in the room next door. Maybe worst of all was the really bad wifi service. And not having a hairdryer or ironing board in the room was tough. But you could call and get one still.

We didn’t receive bath towels in our room until 9pm after checking in at 3pm and asking for them every hour after.

It was a ok I jus feel u shouldn’t b charged for pot and pans if they supply u wit a stove top there r no ice machines in the hallways there is a refrigerator in the room but u have to make ya own ice but other then that the stay was ok
