Didn't like it how they wouldn't take cash for a payment, needed to be credit card. They do not come in and change out your towels on a daily basis, you have to go to the front desk and ask for new towels.

It sounds like this felt like an inconvenience to you instead of a customized positive experience and we're so sorry we disappointed you. Originally I had booked my reservation thru hotels.com and there was a slight problem so Donna the manager at the hotel was wonderful and took great care of the situation. The only suggestion I can make is that they put some benches outside the front of the hotel so guest can sit outside on a warm day. Also something to decorate the front of the building to make it more homy looking. This is your new one on Corliss Street in Providence RI

Perfect stay if attending an event. Hotel is 6 mins from commuter rail. My stay was going. But the 10:30am knock to see if your checking out not needed. Ice machine and buckets need. There is a mini stoves top for cooking but no pots, pans, bowl or plates.

Had a wonderful visit! The room was very clean and the bed was super comfy. The only thing I would have to say that was negative is upon arrival and check in, the receptionist was on her phone and didn't care to us right away.

The check-in process is brutal. Paperwork, copies of this copies of that, sign this, initial that ... took way too long over 15 minutes. They need to figure out a better system.
