Nice, clean, comfortable, basic The hotel is new, clean and comfortable overall. Parking is convenient, easy to get on 95 or to college hill or federal hill areas (providence isn't a huge city!). Area is pretty quiet, sort of a mixed commercial area with a grocery store nearby and a cafe. Otherwise mostly office parks and a post office, so not particularly walkable if that's what you're looking for. Brand New Limited Amenities Brand new facility. No frills such as shampoo, conditioner, lotion or cups. No kitchen utensils. No gym as stated on website.

nice new place went to Rhode Island for night out with my wife great place close to highways and very clean and new, definitely some where you could stay for a extended stay

Our stay was on the 10th day the hotel was open. Check in was a bit rocky. The clerk seemed to have difficulty understanding our reservation through Expedia. He stopped waiting us, saying he had to take a call from his manager. About 5 minutes later our check in resumed. The facility was in new condition. The clerk told us that there would be 'absolutely no smoking allowed.' We had requested a non smoking room. The corridor on our floor reeked of pot smoke.
