The check-in process is brutal. Paperwork, copies of this copies of that, sign this, initial that ... took way too long over 15 minutes. They need to figure out a better system.

The room only has 2 pillows and normally that would be fine. I'm pregnant and needed another one and the front desk said I would have to pay $11. That is crazy, I travel a lot and have always had 4 pillows for a king bed. To the non pregnant person it would be no big deal but being pregnant is uncomfortable as it is and sometimes we need extra comforts.
