Good budget hotel Good hotel, just limited wifi to one device is disappointing. The fees for kitchenware is what is, so just keep that in mind.

Tv was not working , basic room , only 1 chair in room no soap in kitchen only 1 small bar of soap in bathroom. But we loved the location

Clean, VERY basic This hotel is almost brand new and very clean. Very basic, and not in a great area, but still close to downtown and Brown University. 1/2 of the rooms are on the highway, so they are very loud. Ask for the non highway side. Also ~ perhaps because it is new materials (?), there is a strange chemical smell in some areas. I'm sensitive to things like this so it bothered me, but they tied their best to work with me which I appreciated.

The hotel is new so it looks good on the outside and inside (no damage, unpleasant smell, etc), but it lacks amenities (iron, hair dryer). We were 3 people staying in a room that sleeps 4, but we only had 2 sets of towels and had to wait for extra towels to dry). No tissue. Tried to get a hair dryer in the evening and next day in the morning, both times unsuccessful, they kept saying that someone else is using it. Overall, will look for a different place next time.
