We spent the weekend there and during our stay our room was not cleaned. We did not receive new towels and our bathroom was missing soap, shampoo, conditioner, blow dryer, the normal products that most hotels typically supply you with.

Staff show no level of real customer service The check in staff member was curt, disorganized, unknowledgeable and seemed to not really care if we stayed there or not.

Nice new clean hotel. For the price & not having any ammendities in the room it wasn’t the best. I had to go “sign out” a blow dryer, iron, & ironing board. Just stressful and inconvenient.
