Perfect for what we needed Close to highway, clean and looked just like it did in the pictures

Sort of an industrial park location, but right on the intrrstate exit and beside a supermarket. Building is brand new and nice kitchen, but no dishes. Very clean.

Nice hotel in East Providence My friends and I were on a road trip to Maine and we passed through Rhode Island and found this hotel. It was neat, spacious, and hotel staff was accommodating. The touch card ID system makes it more safe to stay. Location wise, it is close to stores and just few mins drive.

We spent the weekend there and during our stay our room was not cleaned. We did not receive new towels and our bathroom was missing soap, shampoo, conditioner, blow dryer, the normal products that most hotels typically supply you with.

Staff show no level of real customer service The check in staff member was curt, disorganized, unknowledgeable and seemed to not really care if we stayed there or not.
