Mediocre Confusing arrangements for getting to PVD airport. Just by coincidence, I told the evening clerk that I'd need an early morning ride to the airport, so she arranged transport - even though not her job. I was surprised that no easy, routine transport existed.

But for some maintenance... The hotel has potential, but was not well maintained.

Eww Gross The hotel stunk horribly walking down the hall we had to cover our mouths with whatever we could to try and block the smell. We checked in with 3 people there was only the queen bed with bedding. The pullout was very uncomftorble and i had to go downstairs to ask for sheets at 1 in the morning for the bed, and they informed me that they didnot have any more pillows. Nice right? Not comfortable The hotel was outdated, especially the kitchen. It didn't have enough kitchen utensils. The pillows smelled dirty. I am sure the manager could have done anything, she was very nice but I didn't bother.
