Not as expected We selected this property because of the suites with kitchen. so that we would have enough room (with 2 adults and 3 kids) and be able to prepare our own meals. The beds were not very comfortable, and we had a problem with keeping the sofabed open. When we called the front desk, the only resolution they could offer was "don't use it" leaving us with 2 double beds for 5 people. Poor Service, Decent Room The room had an unpleasant smell, possibly previous pets in the room. Staff could have been more accommodating & professional. Room was aired out by staff which helped significantly. Kitchenware had to be delivered as needed by front desk staff, carried in their "hands" i.e., bowls, flatware, etc.. Unappetizing & at the least, unsanitary.
