Not what I thought it would be... We stayed one night here and when we arrived late at night the staff was very friendly. The room on the other hand was not great. It smelled very bad and the bed was very uncomfortable, plus the bed sheets had some hair on them! It claims to be renovated but it still needs help. We should have left but we were very tired already. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
clean and convenient for our stay near family free wifi in room not working; no ice machine in hotel; exercise equipment out of order. 1 small sample bottle of shampoo for 2 pp? no clean towels next day, we stayed 2 nights. no juice or milk available for breakfast which was grap/go and no tea/coffee available 24 hr like neighboring hotels which have full breakfast buffet.
Quick and convenient to the airport A quick overnight to make an early morning plane. Left early before breakfast.
Not as expected We selected this property because of the suites with kitchen. so that we would have enough room (with 2 adults and 3 kids) and be able to prepare our own meals. The beds were not very comfortable, and we had a problem with keeping the sofabed open. When we called the front desk, the only resolution they could offer was "don't use it" leaving us with 2 double beds for 5 people.
