Everything was wrong the room ,staff ,the place was duty i regret that i stayed in that hotel

had reservations for 2 rooms, clerk only showed 1 room. had to show her my receipt . 1 queen bed and a pull out sofa as we r a family of 6. 1 room did not have anything where the sofa bed should have been. the one that did have the sofa was was stained and filthy! the hotel is run down, smells, someone vomited right outside the front door. not even close to worth the money i spent on these rooms!! never ever again! very disappointing

Terrible experience. Checked in and checked out. Thr smoke detector kept chirping. Room smelled bad. I left.

We were greeted at check-in with a sign that said helping another guest be back soon. It was not soon. The room is tired and dated. There are no washcloths or hand towels in the bathroom. There are no Kleenex in the bathroom. You have to ask for shampoo at the desk. I would have but I was taking a shower at 11 pm and the front desk is gated and locked. Thankful we didn't do a late check in.The TV remote doesn't work.
Remote didn’t work on tv. Took a 100 hold on my CC still on credit card 48 hours after check out.
