Go elsewhere Horrible experience, service was bad room was dirty. The sofa bed was disgusting. No linen available, no one at the desk, I will never return.

I coffee at location whatsoever. Not enough towels and the kitchenette was lacking. Overall the place was dirty and not well maintained.

I called the property the day before my arrival to let them know I was going to arrive after 10pm, and they told me it was ok, that as soon as I arrived just pick up the phone at the property to inform I was there and someone will receive me. When I got there, and made the 1st call, for my surprise, they'd informed me that the person would arrive in an hour!!! We walked in, checked in, got our.keys went in the room. There was a.bed kitchen with no pots pans etc. No chairs to sit and eat, no furniture in the living room. Just a tv. Wasn't anything like what I saw in description of what I daw on line. My husband went to the person at the front desk. They came in with a couple of chairs, she said they just remodled and usually rented monthly and she had mo orher rooms. So we decided not to stay and left, which ruined our Valentines Day plans. We ended up going back home.

The room was big however, the room did not have any pans, pots, utensils or plates and front desk was only present to check in and check out. When asked for more towels or blanket was questioned why and to return dirty towels.

The room wasn't properly cleaned. There was food left in the refrigerator and the bath and toilet were slightly dirty with previous use (hair and soap still visible). Everything else was good though!

I was not allowed to check in due to my skin color. The staff there made up a fake incidental fee that is not mentioned in the policy or welcome letter when I booked with Expedia I reached out to customer service for extended stay. They also confirmed that was not a part of their policy, I was told to go load money on my card by your front desk clerk and then when I got back, she still denied check in and i was kicked off of the property by threatening me with police. Extremely disappointed Let me start by saying upon entering the room, it smelled like someone had been living in there for a month. There were doors opening and closing all night long into the wee hours of the morning. The smell of marijuana was overwhelming!! I paid a $100 incidental fee upon check in for incidentals, such as smoking in the room, yet individuals we're able to smoke in the hotel. The front desk is open only from 10 AM to 10 PM. That means late check in requires over half an hour for a staff member to come and let you in and give you keys. It also means that if you don’t have your own pots, pan, silverware, and glasses, you can’t use the kitchen that’s provided until after 10 AM the following day
