The property was no frills. It was close to shopping, dining and entertainment. More amenities is recommended. There was no coffee pots in room and no continental breakfast as listed when booked the property.

NOT HAPPY ROOM WAS CLEAN...YOU CAN HEAR PEOPLE WALKING OVER YOU ALL TIMES OF NIGHT....WORST THING IS WHEN CHECK OUT IS AT 11AM AND HOUSEKEEEPING STARTS KNOCKING ON YOUR DOOR AT 10AM. EVERY 20 MINS....WOKE US UP TWO TIMES...IF CHECK OUT IS AT 11AM WHY ARE THEY KNOCKING AN HOUR EARLY AND KEEP KNOCKING.....VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND ANNOYING. HOTEL NEEDS A BETTER SYSTEM AT TO LET HOUSEKEEPING KNOW WHEN SOMEONE HAS NOT CHECKED OUT YET....

Ridiculous payment policy crappy rooms My guys said that the beds were uncomfortable and the bathroom fan squeezed.i also realized that I paid 192.00 for 2 nights and held the same amount on my credit card I was going to have my guys there agian but I found a hotel cheaper and they won’t put a hold on my card for 800 some odd dollars while you wait for my credit card company to release your money.That is the dumbest thing I ever heard I’ll never stay at Exstended stay again
