Don't go No one was at the desk for over an hour had to call an 800 number and they said wait maybe there busy, had to call for towels there were none in the room

Clean and updated hotel Recently stayed here and had a wonderful experience! I flew in and arrived about 2 hours earlier than the check-in allowed. The ladies at the front desk allowed me to check in early! The room was very clean and at a comfortable temperature. The kitchenette was nice with having to stay for 4 nights. The bed was a little firm for my liking though. I loved the recliner in the room! Next time I'm in Providence, I will be staying here again! It was probably the best hotel experience I've ever had!!

You get what you pay for It was a typical inexpensive hotel experience. Only two small negative to report. 1. They offer free wifi service, however that service was painfully slow and I had to resort to using my own data or paying for a wifi upgrade. 2. There are no ice machines in the building and the front desk did not have access to ice. So if you need ice in an emergency it could be a problem. We ended up having to go to a McDonald's for ice.

extended stay ok for short business trip. had wi fi issues consistently. poor wi fi.
