I like the fact they acomadate me 3rd floor because is less noise then other levels, because I stay for more then 3 nights , Amazing studio, kitchen, stove, fridge and microwave. In the aspect house keeping , no clean towels every day , even when I request house keeping wasn’t done in 4 days , that’s one the reason I check out early. I left the installations the March 1st at noon , no employees at front desk , I drop off the keys on the recovery key box.

Overall not bad, but not great. It’s impressive that the hotel smells like weed from the the parking lot. Rooms were fine, a bit stuffy, outdated, but clean. Bed was uncomfortable, bathroom was best part of the stay, a spacious shower with a curved shower rod, and great water pressure. Great nightlife close by, and a great location for getting everywhere. Overall not a bad experience, but I will probably spend a bit more next time and got to a Marriott or holiday inn.

I tried to call the front desk several times because there was no remote control for the television in the room I was hung up on twice and then put on hold several times and still never gotten to anybody. The bed in the room was very uncomfortable and every time he move the whole bed moves.

We froze are ass off we had to sleep in our clothes because the heat didn't work,i demand a refund I left at 4:20am cause it was so cold
