We arrived very early in the morning at about 7am and check in was meant to be much later. The hotel staff Cynthia was so polite and apologetic even though it wasn't the hotels fault that there was no room available at the time we got there. She let us have tea and some breakfast and did everything she could to ensure we got a room within an hour. That was excellent service which is rare. The rooms were clean, spacious and noise proof. I would stay there again for sure.
If nothing else is available When we arrived at the regular check in time of 3PM there was no room available even though I had a pre-paid reservation. The desk clerk was less than hospitable but did set about trying to secure us a room. Hey Extended Stay - you are in the HOSPITALITY business, hello! This place did nothing to make me want to recommend it to anyone else under normal circumstances. Close to malls and highway Very quiet, bed comfortable, kitchen very functional, office staff very friendly
Plaisur in family I like the room but i try the breakfast is small it's more if y have cereal And croisant
everything was very good, except there was no ice machine only 2 ice cube trays in the room. that wasnt enough, but a very nice stay.
Fixture liquidator I stayed there 3 times before....always nice.
It was ok I booked a non smoking room but i ended up getting a smoking room. The room smelled pretty bad. The service and the neighborhood is ok.
The manager of the hotel was exceptionally nice. He assisted me in finding another extended stay and went out of his way to make my life easier.
