Pretty Good for the Price Hotel staff was very pleasant. Only down side was the comfort of the bed.

Satisfied Our family went to Rhode Island for the weekend and the accommodations were adequate. We were central to both Providence, Twin Oaks Casino and Rhode Island. The mall was located across the street which was very convenient and there were many eateries in the area. We could not get a rollaway bed as hotel was booked that night. The front desk clerks are wonderful, very welcoming and informative. No pool or exercise room, but we enjoyed our stay. We took the kids to David & Busters and they enjoyed themselves!

Quality of service/Cleanliness of room The Desk & maintenance people were VERY polite and helpful. The kitchen needs some cosmetic help and the fridge door was nast, trim on kitchen counter was unglued - Beds however were VERY comfortable. A/C wouldn't kick on properly unless it was set to 66 degrees. I would stay there again though. Cleaning person forgot the garbage under the kitchen sink but when I notified the front desk they apologized and had the situation corrected immediately. Did not know The hotel is overall well maintained and clean. It was our first time in an extended stay, but I did not know that you do not get any housekeeping unless you stay more then 7 days. I like the "green" idea of re-using towels;if you want fresh ones, you bring your towels to front desk and they give you new ones. No housekeeping? Did not work for me. Staff was very nice and helpful.

Nice place to live when visiting my corporate HQ I prefer to stay here when I am in town visiting my main office for a few days in a row. I can bring in my own food, prepare it myself using the range, microwave, 'fridge/freezer, and enjoy convenient free wireless internet. (no relogging in even day, etc.) Nice workspace, etc. This location is a little hard to find the first time, but no big deal. - It's not a vacation; bring your own shampoo (actually, they have some at the counter!)

There was food was the previous person staying in the room in the fridge. I had to ask for dish soap and they only had one staff member working. The hotel did fix the problem but I feel it could have been fixed faster if there were more than one staff member working.

The lady at the Front Desk - dont remember her name correctly - was it Erica or Casey ?? -- SHE was very very good - in her Customer Service !!!
