Shopping around the corner. There were two well placed malls near by our hotel. The staff was very nice and even looked out for our well being and best interest. There was a overcharge to my account and they immediately pointed out to me and recommended I take care of it so I wouldn't be responsible for something I didn't order. The appliances need to be upgraded. Hopefully for our next visit they will be. I am staying there again.

Value for money Hotel was clean and well maintained. Location was Ok. 10 minute drive to downtown Providence and about 45 minutes to Newport.

Had a great time Hotel room was great and very convenient. Went away for some relaxation and that is what I got. Kitchenette was very convenient and access to major roads was excellent...Would do it again in a heart beat.

it was away from the city life but the malls were a block away. It was nice and the receptionists are were sweet.

Very good service Everything was fine during my stay, especially considering the relatively low price. I was surprised there was no maid service so you have to make your own bed. Nonetheless it was difficult to find as there was no sign on the main street and it's somewhat hidden on a side street. Maybe they should consider better signage.

Not what expected or as portrayed online The staff was super friendly and helpful however we asked for a non smoking room and when we walked in you can smell smoke almost immediately. There was also an ashtray in the room. The bed was small and not really comfortable. I have never stayed at one of these hotels before I was told everything is there and ready for you if you need it but for me it wouldn't be one that I revisit again.

Smoke in the room The "no smoking" room was filled with cigarette smoke. The staff claimed that it came in from the vent and sprayed the room. Claimed that there are no other available rooms. Had to open the windows for the two nights. The booking included breakfast, but only prepackaged muffins were offered. It appeared that only one employee ran the whole place.
