It's an OK stay. It was OK. We stayed there longer because of convenience. It is close to the places we wanted to visit, and restaurants were convenient. It was noisy at times. I could hear the heavy footed person above me as he walked around in his room, and several times his walking woke me up. On Friday and Saturday nights there was a lot of door slamming. short stay The staff on overnight the Saturday we checked in after 11PM was extremely helpful cheerful. You can tell its an extended stay facility by the cooking odors in the corridors. It does not serve breakfast since it assumes that you are going to be staying several days or longer and doing your own cooking. If you stay several days or I would not want to have a roommate.

Our Experience The staff here were exceptionally helpful and courteous. Adjoining room, 131, had television up very loud late at night and early in the morning. Shower was broken. Otherwise, room was cleaner than what I've come to experience from Extended Stay America Hotels. My first experience with ESA was in Foxborough, MA. The room was clean, spacious, quiet and stocked with needed accessories. I erroneously, expected all ESA hotels to be that nice. That has not been realized.

Vacation with friends Was disappointed that they don't have ice machine specially when it is hot. Otherwise it was a nice stay.

Don't understand the good reviews Needed to save money for a Newport visit so we picked this hotel based on reviews. First, the free breakfast should have been called free snacks as it was a small table in the lobby with coffee and some fruit (no bananas) and cheap muffins and granola bars. We had to ask for shampoo. We were told because our stay was only 2 days the was no turn down service, so room was not made up. Room never got fully dark as 2 giant spot lites were shining into our window from parking lot all nite. Hotel ... read more
